tutti quanti films productions

Tutti quanti films was founded by Cécile Canut in 2003 with the aim of supporting the production and distribution of independent cinema.

Faced with the dominance of audiovisual formats that constrain free expression, tutti quanti films has chosen a different kind of cinema, one that is certainly more niche, but also freer.

The association’s very limited resources do not currently allow it to support the production of as many films as it would like… Nevertheless, the association remains committed to helping develop the films that are proposed to it (logistical, administrative, and technical support), which it combines with a desire to move towards independent film screening.

The distribution of films outside commercial channels is also a desirable alternative that has been implemented by tutti quanti films: in school classrooms, in our open houses, in media libraries, in the streets of Kalaban koro Plateau (Bamako), in the Roma neighborhoods of Sliven (Bulgaria), in research centers, in traveling cinemas or in public theaters in villages, etc. Films must circulate as widely as possible, in places where they are not expected.
